About the Founder

Her career spans HR roles across multiple sectors, including recruitment within universities, HR leadership across 21 registered care homes, and over 10 years’ experience delivering HR and employment law support within CQC-regulated care environments.

CL Associates Ltd was founded by Cauline Wangari Lemayian, a highly experienced HR and compliance professional with over a decade of senior- level experience in the care and education sectors.

Cauline holds:

A Degree in Human Resource Management
A Master’s qualification in International Human Resources
CIPD qualification
Employment Law qualification
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care

Currently operating at senior leadership level within the care sector, Cauline brings extensive hands-on expertise in workforce governance, sponsor-licence compliance, HR audits, inspections, and quality assurance. These transferable skills form the foundation of CL Associates Ltd — a consultancy built to deliver compliant, ethical, and commercially realistic
